Product Warranty
1 year warranty for all products. Covers all repair costs. Return shipping, both ways, is covered by the customer. Return packaging must be adequate to protect products during shipping. Please take photos of the product and packaging in case the product is damaged during shipping. Please visit a UPS/FedEx store for help if necessary.
Product Returns
30 day money back guarantee for all products, starting from the day of delivery. Cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. The refund will be for the product purchase price. Please retain original packaging to protect the product upon return. Refunds are not guaranteed if the product is damaged due to improper packaging. Please take photos of the product and packaging so we can know the condition of the product before shipping.
International Orders
Please be aware that for all international orders (shipping outside the USA), the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country's customs department upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
